If
I sign up for home delivery service, what will be my pickup days?
Pick up and delivery days are either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday
and Friday. This means that if you are assigned a Monday/Thursday
pickup and delivery, your garments will be picked up on Monday and
delivered clean to you on Thursday. You may also leave soiled garments
on Thursday and have them delivered back to you clean on Monday.
If you are assigned a Tuesday/Friday pickup and delivery, garments
dropped off on Tuesday will be returned clean on Friday, and Friday's
clothes will be returned to you on Tuesday.

Where
do I leave my clothes to be picked up?
All home delivery customers will be provided with two Munro's Express
Bags. You may then leave your bag with your soiled garments either
at your front door or your back door. Clean garments will be returned
to you on hangers and wrapped in poly. Clean garments can be hung
either at the front door, the back door or at any other designated
spot.

Do I pay a higher price for home
delivery?
That's the beauty of Munro's home delivery service! There is no
premium pricing for the service. Standard counter store pricing
will apply to all home deliveries.

Do
I have to pay the driver each time garments are delivered?
No, we will conveniently bill your credit card at the end of each
month.

Do
you offer any other services with the home delivery?
Yes, we also offer dust and dirt control entry mats for your home.
Soiled mats will be exchanged with clean mats on a weekly basis.
If you want your mat exchanged, just roll it up and leave it with
your soiled garments. Mats are available in three colors to match
any home decor.
